Thank you for visiting my site! - check back often as I will be updating information each week. I am a veteran "throwback, old school" rock and blues tenor sax player from the Twin Cities of Minnesota, currently a member of The MooseKnuckle Bros blues band and the Willie B Blues Band, but I also make guest appearances with many other bands, shows, and benefits/festivals including Paranoid Floyd shows (Pink Floyd tribute band) and the Brian Naughton Trio. I cut my teeth playing early rock, rockabilly and surf rock "back in the day" progressing to classic rock, R & B and blues. And in 2004, after a LONG hiatus to raise a family and build/run a business, I retired from the business world and returned to my horn! I've always concentrated and put special emphasis on tone; my forte has been a distinctive/signature sound - patterned after my mentor and friend, the late, great Clarence Clemons - incorporating a lot of growl and a bright, aggresive, edgy tone. As my long time friend, Midwest Hall of Famer Mike Waggoner says: "you're never too old to rock & roll", and I think I am living proof! My shows are updated frequently, and would love to meet you and "talk some sax" if you should ever decide to come out.
